Hotel with gym in Shinjuku

Except for high‑priced hotels (around $500 per night), most hotels that advertise a “fitness room” in Shinjuku only offer a small space with a few cardio machines. However, the Hyatt Regency Shinjuku (4‑star) has a decent gym, and its room rates can be quite reasonable depending on the season. The hotel is also located right next to Shinjuku Chuo Park, making it an excellent choice for travelers who enjoy jogging. Be sure to check current reviews, prices, and location details
